Cancellation and Refund Policy for Attendees
Cancellations must be received in writing prior to September 15, 2015 to be considered for a full refund, minus 50% of the registration fee as administrative fee.
Cancellations received in writing after September 15, 2015 will not receive a refund.
If canceling for medical reasons, please submit a doctor’s note of explanation along with your request in writing. ICF Philippines will refund the full registration fee minus the administrative fee.
No-shows will not qualify for a refund of fees.
Transfers/Substitutions of Registration
Substitutions for paid registrants of the in-person event can be made before October 15, 2015 by submitting a written request to the ICF Philippines Secretariat. Changes can also be made on-site by presenting a letter on company letterhead detailing the substitution. Substitutions made from an individual ICF Member to a non-member will render the member discount void. Transfers or substitutions are not allowed for broadcast purchasers.
Proprietary Rights of ICF Philippines
By registering for the Coaching Summit, you acknowledge and agree that all content and materials made available by the International Coach Federation Philippines (“ICFP”) at ICFP’s events or in ICFP’s literary or digital works are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by ICFP, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content. Reproduction, copying, creation of derivative works, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements of ICFP’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of ICFP. Permission is granted in ICFP’s sole discretion.
By attending the ICF Philippines Coaching Summit, you consent that your likeness, captured by photo or video, can be used by ICF Philippines for promotional and archival purposes in print, video and online, without notice.
Handouts if provided by the presenters will be made available for download from the ICF Philippines Summit website 15-days prior to the start of the ICF Philippines Coaching Summit, when possible.
For reasons beyond the control of ICF Philippines, it may be necessary, to change program content, speakers and/or time blocks. ICF Philippines is not liable for any changes.
Code of Conduct
Event participants are expected to behave professionally. Obscene language, abusive or threatening behavior directed to any other conference attendee, speaker, ICFP staff or building personnel is not conducive to a learning environment and will not be tolerated.
Sale or Public Display of Merchandise
Sale or public display of any merchandise or products at any location, other than that which has been specifically permitted by ICFP, is prohibited at the in-person venue. Violators will be subject to cancellation of their room reservations and revocation of their event participation. The violating coach’s ICFP Membership will also be formally reviewed by the ICF Philippines EXCO. This policy will be strictly enforced against violators by both the hotel and ICFP.
Sharing of Information
By registering for this event you agree to allow ICFP to share your contact information to be retained in the ICF database.
Cell Phones and Pagers
Please respect your colleagues and speakers. All cell phones and pagers must be turned off during the sessions and meetings.
Presenters alone are responsible for the content of their respective program, presentations and/or handouts which are offered for informational purposes only. The views and opinions expressed in the sessions are not necessarily those of ICFP and are not endorsed by ICFP. ICFP disclaims any and all legal liability or responsibility for the content expressed in the sessions or materials distributed as a part of the session.
Damages and Liability
ICFP accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage to the Customer’s property or injury or death to the Customer’s employees, agents or representatives arising from or in connection with the event or video broadcast participation.
Failure to Perform
ICF Philippines shall not be liable for any failure to perform or any delay in performing its obligations if the failure or delay is due directly or indirectly to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the organization, its employees, agents or representatives which shall include, but is not limited to, the following Acts of God: fire, flood, explosion, accident, civil disturbance or emergency or periods of armed conflict.
